Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed.
Order tracking Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email at dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll look into it.
Shipping area We currently ship within the United States. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Delays Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control — weather, peak season volume, or regional disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll make it right.
Wrong address Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. Once an order ships, we can't redirect it.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your purchase is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee either way.
